Good Morning Green Smoothie


Green drinks have become very popular over the past several years. If it helps you meet the recommendation for 5 to 9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day - why not experiment with a little blending in the kitchen? The best kind are homemade using the simple ingredients of leafy greens, fruits and a liquid.

Good Morning Green Smoothie:

1 cup almond milk

1/2 banana

1 cup spinach

1 skinned kiwi

1 tbsp nut butter

Ice cubes as desired

* Place in the blender and enjoy!
