Pineapple, Banana and Avocado Bowl

Makes 2 servings

Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups frozen chopped pineapples 1 frozen banana 1/2 avocado 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Blend all ingredients. Pour into your favorite glass bowl. Optional: Drizzle with honey and sprinkle ground flaxseeds over the top.
