Homemade Vanilla Cinnamon Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

2 cups dry roasted, unsalted peanut butter

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp vanilla extract

pinch of sea salt (or more - add according to your preference)

In a food processor, add all of the ingredients. Blend for about a minute, then stop and scrape the sides of the bowl. It will be time consuming but keep blending until you can achieve a fairly smooth texture. Remember, this will be grittier than nut butter from the supermarket. Store in the refrigerator in an air tight container or jar. Enjoy!
