Pumpkin Power Yogurt


Protein + Fiber = Satisfied! Both aid in slowing down digestion and prolong the emptying of the stomach to help hold you over longer. This delicious morning treat can be whipped up in under 5 minutes!

Ingredients:

1 single serving cup (5.3 ounces) of plain non-fat Greek yogurt

1/2 cup 100% pumpkin puree

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp dark chocolate chips (optional)

This is a super easy recipe that makes 1 serving. Just mix all of the above ingredients in your favorite bowl and enjoy!
