Roasted Veggies
Looking for an easy Thanksgiving side dish? Chop up your favorite hearty veggies and sprinkle with olive oil, rosemary, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Toss to coat vegetables. Bake in the oven at 425 degrees for about 45-50 minutes.

Onions
Brussel sprouts
Purple and golden potatoes
Rutabaga
I usually make a roasted vegetable combination over the weekend and use it as a side dish during the week. For example: sandwich + veggies for lunch. Baked chicken + roasted veggies for dinner. Or even top a bed of lettuce with some extra veggies. Enjoy!
