Mozzarella, Pesto and Cherry Tomato Panini
One of my favorite tools in the kitchen is the panini press. You can make a healthy meal in minutes!
Try this quick and easy recipe:
(2) slices of whole grain panini bread or sourdough bread or basically any bread you like!
Coat both sides of the bread with pesto sauce (1 tbsp). You can use homemade pesto or a jarred brand.
Place (2) slices of Mozzarella cheese and sliced cherry tomatoes into the sandwich.
Press away!
Enjoy with a nice side salad or roasted veggies.
